At LMD Support Services, we offer a comprehensive range of NDIS support tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. Our goal is to provide practical, effective solutions that promote independence and well-being, right here in Ballarat.
Daily living support
We assist with everyday tasks, including personal care, household management, meal preparation, and medication management, to help you maintain comfort and independence in your home.
Community access
Engage with your local Ballarat community! We support participation in social events, recreational activities, appointments, shopping, and much more. Our young participants enjoy the pool, playgrounds, Xtreme bounce, Indoor GoKarts and many more!
Skill building
Develop new skills or enhance existing ones. LMD Support Service assist our participants to build skills they have already started to learn, or help build skills that they are wanting to learn!
